Account deletion
Delete your Nandi account and data.
Available to every Nandi account holder
You can permanently delete your account from the Nandi app. This removes your private workspace data and cannot be undone.
Delete inside the app
Sign in to Nandi, open More, choose Account & devices, then choose Delete account. Enter the confirmation shown in the app and approve permanent deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your Nandi account. Use the subject "Nandi account deletion request". We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
Deletion covers the account's devices, queued server audio, transcripts, conversations, summaries, tasks, connected-source grants and records, agent activity, and consented voice profile. Locally queued audio and the signed-in session are cleared after the server confirms deletion.
What may be retained
We may retain narrowly required security, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records when the law requires it. These records are isolated from the deleted workspace and are not used to operate a new Nandi profile.
